In spite of the fact that the music industry today seems to be dominated by cookie-cutter mainstream boy/girl bands, in the underground, Jubal has created an unparalleled and easily recognizable arrangement of sound and lyrical attunement. Jubal has been writing and performing his own genre of music for the last seventeen years.Jubal is a multi-instrumentalist with his forte being the guitar, although he began his music career playing percussion when he was fourteen. By the time he was fifteen, he had discovered his connection with the guitar and exhibited a life long passion for creating his music. He played all through high school, playing with various bands and for many school functions. After high school, Jubal attended the University of Arizona and while still playing with several bands, graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Music Theory and Composition minor.
